No. 2: Have a healthy and balanced diet. This means you need to avoid sugary and acidic foods and drinks and consume more tooth-healthy foods and drinks, like fruits, vegetables, dairy products, water, and milk. You should also avoid snacking between meals.
No. 3: Use fluoride dental products. This is recommended because fluoride strengthens and nourishes the teeth, helping them prevent tooth decay and enamel erosion. So, as you clean your smile, make sure to use fluoride toothpaste when you brush and fluoride mouthwash if you choose to rinse your mouth at the end of your oral hygiene routine.
